• Any electricity bills you choose to attach, which may include your account and usage details

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, assess your electricity use and prepare a proposal for your premises. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We don't sell your data, and we won't add you to a marketing list from this form.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is held by the service providers that run our website and email, including Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website and its form, and our email provider. Netlify is based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards. We may share your details with our installation partners when that's needed to prepare or carry out your project.

Advertising

If you accept cookies, Google Ads helps us measure whether our ads lead to enquiries. See our cookie policy.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry doesn't lead to a project, we keep your details for up to two years, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as we need them for your contract, guarantees and legal obligations.
